WHAT IS THE FITCH FUEL CATALYST?

  • It is a heterogeneous catalyst.
  • It is not an additive.
  • It does not lose potency.
  • It induces chemical reactions among fuel molecules at low temperatures.

The Fitch Fuel Catalyst induces beneficial transformations in fuel molecules at the temperatures that vehicles typically experience and remains active for an extended period of time.

The Fitch Fuel Catalyst (FFC) is a polymetalic amalgam alloy formed from different metallic elements. Several versions or varieties have been formulated and evaluated in the laboratory. The FFC has a relatively low surface area compared with most catalysts, but it is highly effective with a long service life. APSI has repeatedly confirmed that the FFC does not dissolve in any hydrocarbon fuel. This is part of the QC in the manufacturing process. We have yet to measure the expiration in effectiveness of the FFC, but it has been confirmed that it remains effective for more than 250,000 vehicle miles or 5,000 operating hours at a minimum, which is the advertised lifetime.

The Fitch Fuel Catalyst is a polymetalic amalgam catalyst that reformulates fuel at low temperatures by inducing chemical reactions among molecules and fragments present in fuel. It is exposed to fuel by insertion into tank or inline like a fuel filer.

The following page describes the basis of the Catalyst’s operation.
